I'd especially like to know how to manage swelling before and after the flight? Are methods like cold compresses and elevating the face really effective? Also, what kind of skincare products should I bring back home? Do they need to be particularly gentle? I'm a little unsure whether I should bring specific medical-grade masks or something, but I'm worried I won't be able to bring them.

Also, if it's a flight of 10+ hours, my face might be even more swollen, right? How long do you usually wait before taking a long-haul flight after your procedure? Do you have any tips to make the process more comfortable? Thank you so much!
