Hi everyone! I'm Kartika, from Indonesia. So I'm seriously considering trying aesthetic treatments in Korea, but honestly, I'm a bit nervous about the budget and logistics. This is my first time traveling alone for something like this, and I don't have a clear idea of the total costs—from flights, hotels, to the procedure itself.
What I want to ask you is: how do you organize your trip for aesthetic treatments? How many days are usually enough for one procedure and recovery before you can return? Do you need to stay longer? And is it more practical to book a hotel near the clinic? I know treatment prices can vary, but in general, for those of you who have been there, how much do you need to prepare for a trip?
Honestly, I'm also a bit overthinking about the language barrier and communicating with the staff there. Can anyone share your experiences dealing with that? I want to be well-prepared so I don't get stressed out while I'm there. Thank you in advance! 🙏

Hi Katika! I also traveled to Seoul alone from Taiwan last year. My advice is to allow at least 7-10 days for a comfortable trip, giving your skin ample time to rest and avoiding a rushed itinerary. Staying in Myeongdong or Gangnam area is convenient for transportation, and there are many pharmacies and convenience stores nearby, making communication easier if you encounter any problems. Good luck!
Karthika, I understand that this is my first time going too! I think it would be better to stay for 5-7 days, so that I have time to recover. Also, choosing a hotel near the hospital would really help - it would be less crowded when traveling.
