What aftercare items do you bring back with you after a beauty trip?

Hi, this is Madobe-san! I just got back from Korea last week and I'm currently frantically doing aftercare... I'm realizing I should have prepared more beforehand 😅

I'd like to ask for advice for my next trip: what items do you all bring for the recovery period? Cooling masks, silicone sheets, soothing gels... Honestly, I'm not sure what to prioritize. Especially since I spend a lot of time on the plane and at the hotel, I want to use items I can bring with me.

Do the necessary items vary depending on the type of treatment? Also, is it better to buy things locally or bring them from Japan? I'd love to hear anyone's experiences 🙏
