Does anyone have experience as a consultant in Seoul who doesn't speak Korean? 😅

Hi, my name is Ngoc, and I'm from Vietnam. I'm planning to go for a cosmetic surgery consultation in Seoul in a few months, but I only know a little English and almost no Korean. I'm worried about whether it's okay to only speak English, or if I need to learn Korean first.

I've heard that Seoul has a lot of international tourists, so I hope the consultation centers will have staff who speak English. But I'm not so sure, especially about medical details that might be difficult to explain in a language other than my mother tongue. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? If anyone has had a consultation where they mainly used English, could you please share your experience?
