If anyone has ever had a petit procedure and then had to travel a day or two after, could you let me know? Or what should I pack to help manage any swelling? I'm planning a trip to another province right now, but I need to get a skin treatment done first, so I'm a bit worried about the swelling.

Has anyone brought frozen snacks or cooling masks on a plane? Is it safe? I'd love to know the trick to reducing swelling faster. Besides cold compresses, how else should I take care of it? What should we normally avoid in the first few days? If you've tried this before, could you share your experience? I'd really appreciate advice from girls who've been through it! 💙
