Hello everyone! I'm Shihhan, from Taiwan. I'm recently considering getting a procedure done in Korea, but my Korean is really not great, and looking at clinic reviews and ratings is a bit of a struggle. Everyone says you need to check reviews to decide, but I'm completely lost and don't know if I'm being fooled. Can anyone share how foreigners can interpret these reviews?
What I'm more wary of are those reviews that seem too perfect or sound overly exaggerated – they just feel so fake. Also, if reviews are very similar or just a few short sentences, those seem suspicious too, right? Does anyone know of any red flags I should watch out for? Like photos that look heavily edited, or promises of specific results?
If anyone has experience, could you give me some tips? Or how do you judge if a clinic is trustworthy? I can use translation software, but sometimes the translations feel a bit off. Thanks everyone!

As a fellow Taiwanese, I completely understand your dilemma! My experience is that when looking at reviews, don't just focus on the perfect photos. Instead, look for reviews that mention drawbacks or the recovery process; these are usually more realistic. Also, I'd ask local friends or Taiwanese K-beauty communities to see if anyone has actually been there. This way, I feel more at ease 😊
