Hey everyone! I'm heading to Korea next month for some treatments and I'm trying to figure out what to pack for recovery at home. I've been reading that the first week or two is pretty important for taking care of your skin, and I want to be prepared without overpacking.
I'm thinking about bringing cooling masks from home since I'm not sure what brands I'll find easily, but I'm also wondering if it's better to just buy things once I'm there? Has anyone done the aftercare shopping in Korea and found good options? I'm also curious about silicone scar sheets and gentle soothing gels — like, what actually helped you feel better during recovery?
Also, if you packed stuff from the US, what made the cut and what did you end up not needing? I don't want to waste luggage space, but I also don't want to scramble around stressed while I'm healing. Any tips would be really helpful!
