I've had nose surgery twice because of my bulbous nose, but the tip is still blunt.

Every time I go for a consultation, all I hear is that my skin is thick... I'm so sick of it.

I've spent money and gone through all the trouble, but in the end, there hasn't been much improvement.

The hospital just keeps repeating that swelling at the tip of the nose is the last to go down,

and asks if there is really any swelling when it's already been years.

I'm looking into a third revision surgery, and I really want to get rid of it properly this time.

I wonder if it's really this hard to get a slender nose tip...

Finding a hospital is such a struggle.

I really want to escape this time. Please, isn't there a place that can really get rid of a bulbous nose intensely, not just an ad?
