Question: Is it necessary to speak Korean in Seoul? Are English or Vietnamese acceptable?

Hi everyone, I'm Dung from Vietnam. I'm planning to fly to Seoul to inquire about some beauty procedures, but I'm a little worried about communication. I speak basic English and Vietnamese, but only a few words of Korean.

Do any of you have experience with consultations at clinics in Seoul? I'm not sure if the clinics have English-speaking staff or if they use a translator app for communication. I'm also wondering if not speaking Korean will make it difficult to explain things in detail.
