Hesitating between working in Vietnam or going to Korea... what did everyone decide?

My name is Van, and I'm from Hanoi. I'm planning a skin/cosmetic procedure but I'm very confused. There are a few reputable places near me at home with reasonable prices, but I've heard many people say that South Korea offers better quality and technology. I'm afraid of wasting money and also worried about unsatisfactory results, so I don't know which option to choose.

The hardest part is that I've never experienced this before, so I'm very worried. If it doesn't work out at home, it's easy to fix, but going to Korea is more expensive (airfare, accommodation...). On the other hand, I understand that good results depend on many factors; going to Korea isn't a guarantee.
