Hi, this is Yuki. I'm thinking about getting cosmetic treatment in Korea, but honestly, I'm not that good at Korean...😅

When I search online, I find lots of review sites, but even with translation, I'm not sure if the information is really reliable. As a foreigner, how can I tell if a clinic is good? I'd love to know how to spot suspicious reviews (like obviously promotional ones) and any warning signs that should raise red flags.

I'm especially concerned about posts with excessively edited photos and reviews that only present overly positive stories... How do you all judge these things? I'd also love to hear experiences from other foreigners. Please let me know if there are any points I should be careful about!
