I want to get a cosmetic procedure, but I really can't decide whether to do it in Korea or Japan. I've heard that Korea has many clinic options and is cheaper, and I'd also like to enjoy some sightseeing while I'm there. However, in Japan, I wouldn't have to worry about the language barrier, and I'd feel more at ease knowing I can easily consult someone if any problems arise.

For those who have actually had procedures in both countries, or those who have been torn between the two, how did you decide? I'm curious about things like costs, aftercare, whether it varies depending on the type of procedure, etc. Honestly, I'd like to know about the risks of doing it in Korea and what it's really like.
