Hi everyone, I'm Tzuyu and I'm from Taiwan. I've been thinking about getting some medical aesthetic procedures done in Korea lately, but honestly I'm a bit nervous about it. Since I'm unfamiliar with the place and worried about communication issues, I wanted to ask you foreign friends – how do you usually find a reliable clinic? Are there any specific things you should check or ask about?
My biggest concern is the language barrier. Do some clinics offer Chinese consultations? Or do most people rely on translation apps or bringing someone along? And if a clinic does offer interpretation services, what's that process like? Is it really expensive?
Also, when you're consulting with a clinic, what kinds of questions do you usually ask to judge whether it's trustworthy? Like the doctor's background, equipment, that sort of thing? I'd really love to hear about everyone's experiences! It feels like finding a reliable clinic is just as important as finding the right doctor. Thanks so much!
