Hello, my name is Pim, and I'm from Thailand. I'm planning a trip to Seoul to visit a few clinics, but I'm also worried about communication. My English is okay, but it's not very fluent, and I don't know any Korean at all. I wanted to ask how the clinics your friends visited managed language differences?
I've heard a lot about nurses or staff being kind, but I'm not sure how true that is. Has anyone tried booking in advance and knows if they arrange for translators or provide communication guidance? If my English is sufficient, I'll feel much more at ease. Does anyone have any experience with this?
