I've heard that Korea has more advanced techniques and better options, and friends who've actually been to Seoul seemed really satisfied. But when I think about the total time and cost involved, I'm not sure...

I know I can get proper treatment in Japan, and aftercare would be more convenient. But I wonder if there are treatments only available in Korea? If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear what factors you considered when making your decision. I'm also a bit worried about the language barrier, and the thought that I might need to go back a few times...
