After a minor surgery, flying back to Taiwan, what kind of swelling reduction products should I bring?

Hi everyone! I'm Chiahui. I recently had a minor aesthetic procedure done in Seoul and I'm currently in the recovery period. Since I'm from Taiwan, I'll be flying back to Taipei in about a week, so I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with this.

Mainly, I want to know how to care for myself before and after flying to minimize swelling. Are there any products or tools you recommend bringing home for reducing swelling? I've heard that cold compresses and certain ingredients can help, but I'm not entirely sure about the specifics. Also, are there any special precautions I should take while on the plane? I'm worried it might slow down my recovery...
