For those who have actually gone, how long did you stay? I'm a student, so it's difficult for me to take a long break, but considering the recovery process after the procedure, how many days should I stay? Also, when is the best time to book plane tickets to get the cheapest prices?

I would be grateful if someone could tell me how much I should budget to go comfortably. Even just an estimate is fine. It's not so much my anxiety about the procedures themselves, but rather my confusion about the logistics of traveling from Japan and how to actually plan the trip.
