My name is Trang, and I'm going to Korea soon for some minor procedures. I'm packing and wondering what to bring for post-procedure skincare. I know the clinic will give instructions, but I want to prepare beforehand for peace of mind.
Can anyone with experience share some tips? I'm thinking of bringing a cooling mask, soothing gel, and silicone scar sheets for preventative care. But I'm not sure if I should buy these before I go or if I should buy them in Korea. And are they really necessary, or will the clinic provide enough?
Anyone who's been there before, please give me some advice. I'm worried about forgetting essentials and having trouble with post-procedure care, or bringing too much. Thank you so much!

I'm also worried about the same thing, Trang! 😅 I think the best thing is to ask the clinic directly what they provide after the operation, because every place is different, and then you decide what you need to bring with you from home.
Tran, I understand! I was worried about the same thing. The hospital staff are pretty good at explaining things, and there are a variety of sedatives available at Korean drugstores, so you probably don't need to bring everything. However, if there are any Japanese products that you feel comfortable with, I think it's a good idea to bring one or two of them. 😊
Tran, I totally understand how you feel! I was worried about the same thing. From what I've seen, hospitals are usually quite thorough in their explanations and they often provide basic care supplies, so I think it's fine to just bring the bare minimum like a cooling mask and buy anything else you need in Korea. 😊
Tran, I understand! I worried about the same thing before I went too 😅 When you actually get there, the hospital will give you almost all the necessary care products, so I don't think you need to bring everything from Japan. However, it's reassuring to bring a simple moisturizing cream and sunscreen that suits your skin and that you're used to using!
