Hey everyone! So I'm planning to get a small aesthetic procedure done while I'm in Korea, but I'm flying back home like 5 days after. I'm a bit nervous about managing swelling and aftercare on a plane and then at home. Has anyone done this before?
I'm wondering what kind of products or supplies I should bring with me from Korea, or if I should just pack stuff from home? Like, are there certain types of cooling products or gentle skincare items that are really helpful during recovery? I'm assuming I'll need to be careful with flying—does anyone know if swelling gets worse on planes, or is it mostly fine if you're just sitting?
Also, any general tips for keeping things clean and comfortable during travel? I want to make sure I'm not doing anything that'll mess up my results, but I also don't want to stress too much. Any advice would be really appreciated!

I understand your concerns! I've been in the same situation, and what helped me was having cool compresses and using face masks I kept in the refrigerator. It might swell a little on the plane, but it goes away on its own. Remember to keep your doctor's care documents with you in case you need help when you get home. 😊
