I use Google Translate, but I'm worried it's not accurate, and I also don't know if those reviews are from actual patients.

Has anyone here encountered a similar problem? I'd like to know how to identify genuine reviews versus hidden advertisements. Are there any signs I should look out for to avoid unreliable clinics?
