How can you trust reviews when you don't know Korean? 😅

Hello everyone, I'm Hanh from Vietnam. I'm planning to try some treatments in South Korea, but I'm finding it difficult because most reviews on websites and forums are in Korean. I use Google Translate, but I'm worried it's not accurate, and I also don't know if those reviews are from actual patients.

Has anyone here encountered a similar problem? I'd like to know how to identify genuine reviews versus hidden advertisements. Are there any signs I should look out for to avoid unreliable clinics?
