Which filial piety procedure for parents has the highest satisfaction rate?

My parents' wedding anniversary and birthdays fall on the same day this year, so I’d like to give them a special gift.

They already have all the home appliances, and since it’s difficult to coordinate a trip, I’m considering cosmetic procedures as a way to show my filial piety.

After looking into it, I found there are more types of treatments for parents than I expected, such as lifting and skin care.
