That's great! I'm preparing for a minor cosmetic procedure in Seoul next week, and I'm worried about the recovery process. I know the doctors will give detailed instructions, but I want to bring some good stuff from home to feel more confident during this.
I'm considering buying cooling masks, silicone sheets to reduce scarring, or soothing gels. But I'm not sure which to choose, or if I should buy them all. Has anyone else had cosmetic procedures and what did they bring? What products are really helpful for recovery? I'll ask at the clinic, but I want to hear your experiences beforehand to help me plan.
Thanks so much! 😊

I'm so glad to see this post! I was thinking of trying something similar and I also have concerns about post-treatment care. 😊 It sounds like this kind of preparation can be very calming. I'll keep the roselle and meditation gel handy too!
I'd definitely bring the cooling masks and a gentle moisturizer—those were lifesavers for me during recovery! Honestly, I'd wait and see what your doctor recommends first since everyone's skin reacts differently, but having a few basic calming products on hand just made me feel more prepared and less anxious. Good call asking beforehand!
I understand! I had the same worries 😅 Personally, I found the cooling mask and soothing gel incredibly useful. I think the instructions you get from the hospital are the most reliable, so check those first, and then just prepare anything else you feel you're missing. You'll really see what you need once you actually go through the procedure. Good luck!
What are you going to do there? And how long does the recovery process take? Because I'm thinking of preparing to go too.
What procedure are you planning to have done? I'm also considering getting a minor procedure done in Seoul, so I'd like to know the recovery period beforehand so I can prepare the appropriate personal hygiene items.
