How to read reviews of Korean clinics when you're not fluent in Korean + What are the red flags?

Hi, my name is Pin! I'm about to go to Korea for rhinoplasty, but the problem is I can't read Korean very well 😅 I'm trying to find reviews from people who have had surgery, but I'm afraid of misinterpreting them or that some reviews might be fabricated.

Does anyone have experience and can tell me what to look for in reviews? For example, should I look at before-and-after photos, the posting date, or what timeframe makes a review more trustworthy? Are there any red flags to watch out for, such as clinics that claim 100% guaranteed results, or anything else?
