How can I read and trust reviews when I don't speak Korean?

Hello, I'm Rana from the UAE and I'm considering getting some cosmetic procedures done here in Korea. The problem is I'm trying to read reviews on local websites, but I don't understand Korean very well. Does anyone rely on Google Translate, or is there a better way?

I'm worried I might miss important details in the reviews or be scammed by fake ones. Are there any warning signs I should look for? For example, are very old or identical reviews a cause for concern?

Also, would it be better to look for clinics with English-speaking staff so I can communicate better? I just want to be cautious and confident in my choices. Do you have any advice based on your experience?
