It has been several months since my nose, jaw, and cheekbone surgery, and I am concerned about lingering numbness and tingling sensations.
Which treatments were effective, such as nutritional supplements (B groups), physical therapy, massage, or nerve blocks? Please share your experiences regarding when I should get tests (EMG and nerve conduction) and recommend a hospital.

If numbness or tingling persists for several months, it would be advisable to consult not only with a plastic surgeon for a follow-up but also with a neurologist for nerve conduction studies/EMG.
Massage or nerve blocks vary depending on the condition, so be sure to proceed only after consulting with a specialist.
