Hi everyone! I'm Mengju from Taiwan. I've recently been researching cosmetic procedures in Korea, but honestly, my Korean isn't very good, and I'm struggling to read clinic reviews. I see some five-star reviews and some very negative ones, and I can't tell which are genuine and which might be fake or manipulated by the clinics themselves.
Could anyone share how a foreigner can judge the authenticity of reviews? For example, what aspects seem particularly suspicious? Like reviews that are overly perfect or praising a specific doctor—are these red flags? I'm also unsure how to use translation software and whether I'll miss important information.
Also, if I'm fluent in English or Chinese, how can I confirm with the clinic beforehand whether they accept consultations in English or Chinese? Has anyone tried this? I really want to find reliable places, but I'm afraid of making a bad choice. Thank you for your suggestions!
