I'm Dung, from Vietnam, and I'm currently considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. I've done some research and heard that the doctors there are very skilled, but I'm still unsure if it's worth it when factoring in the flight, hotel, and recovery time. Has anyone done this before? I'd love to hear about your real-life experiences.
I'm also concerned about how long I'll need to stay in Seoul for post-surgery follow-ups, and if the quality is truly better compared to places in Vietnam. I've heard there are many options in Seoul, but I don't know how to choose, and I don't want to waste money on unnecessary things. Can anyone here share your thoughts on this? I totally get your concerns! I also flew over from China for my procedure before. My biggest piece of advice is to consult with several places in advance and compare their treatment plans rather than just looking at the price – because recovery time and results really vary from person to person. I stayed in Seoul for about two weeks, and I basically couldn't go out for the first week, so setting aside enough time is really important!
