Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a small aesthetic treatment done in Korea next month, but here's the thing — I'm flying back to the US like 3 days after my appointment. I know there's going to be some swelling and I'm honestly a bit nervous about managing it on a long flight and then at home.
Does anyone have experience traveling right after a procedure? I'm mainly worried about what products or items I should pack to help with swelling and recovery. Like, should I bring certain types of face masks or cooling tools? I've heard cold compresses help but I'm not sure if I can even bring those through airport security lol.
Also, any tips on what to avoid during the flight itself? I'm guessing things like alcohol and salty snacks are off the table. Would love to hear what actually worked for you guys if you've done this before. I want to make sure I'm as prepared as possible without stressing myself out too much!

I understand that anxiety! I was in a similar situation, so I completely understand how you feel. Apparently, it's important to keep your skin well-moisturized and avoid salty foods as much as possible while on the plane. You can also use cold towels on the plane, so that might be a good idea.
