Hello, friends. I'm Tsetseg from Ulaanbaatar. I've been contemplating eyelid surgery recently and am hesitant about whether to travel to Seoul for a procedure. While there are good doctors in Mongolia, from what I've heard, the results in South Korea tend to be better. However, taking time off work and travel expenses – it all adds up.
I'm trying to understand a few things: Has anyone traveled from abroad to Seoul for this type of surgery? Was it truly worth the cost, or did you get good results? How long was the recovery period? And how difficult was it to schedule appointments with the doctor and for follow-up treatments – did it require multiple trips, or was it all done in one go?
It's difficult to take time off and I don't have a lot of money. But if it truly yields good results for people coming from abroad, perhaps it's not such a daunting task. I'm very interested to hear any experiences you might have. Thank you!
