Hello everyone! So I'm planning to have a small procedure done in Korea in 2 weeks, but the issue is I have to fly back to Indonesia the day after the treatment. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to manage it during the trip and at home. Has anyone experienced something similar?
I'm wondering, what products or skincare should I bring? Like a cooling mask, soothing serum, or a gentle sunscreen? I heard swelling can last for a few days, so I want to be really prepared. How do you usually handle swelling on a plane? Do ice packs or cold compresses help?
Also, any tips for reducing swelling naturally during travel? I don't know the exact aftercare protocol yet, but I know I need to take good care of myself. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could share their experiences! Thank you 🙏

Hi, did you ask the doctor if it's safe to fly the very next day? I'm worried that flying too soon might worsen the swelling 😟
Hi dear, did you ask the doctor if you can fly the next day? I'm worried because I heard that after some procedures, flying too soon can make swelling worse, but I'm not entirely sure 😅
I've been in a similar situation and totally understand the concern! My advice is to bring plenty of soothing and gentle products, especially ones that can be kept in your bag during the flight. Don't forget to ask for a detailed aftercare plan from the treatment facility before you fly, as each place has different protocols and it's best to be clear from the start. Hope your recovery goes smoothly and the flight isn't too challenging! 💪
I've had a similar experience! My advice is to bring a refreshing hydrating mist and some soothing masks. You can spritz yourself frequently during the flight, and wearing loose clothing will be more comfortable. Wishing you a smooth recovery! 😊
