I'm Loan, and I'm considering a trip to Seoul to consult about some treatments. I'm worried my English isn't great, and I know virtually no Korean 😅
Has anyone here consulted at those places before? I wonder if the big clinics there have English-speaking staff or Vietnamese staff. I'm afraid there might be issues with misunderstanding what the doctor says, especially during consultations.
Can anyone suggest what I should prepare, or should I find a safer way to communicate? I'm not sure if I should go alone or if I need someone who speaks Korean to accompany me. If you have any experience, please share it with me!

I went to Seoul alone even though my Korean was zero, but many consultation places have English-speaking staff! It's best to prepare yourself by looking for places with English websites and contacting them before you visit—usually, they can arrange a translator or English-speaking staff for your consultation, so it's safer 😊
