Hi, this is Erika. I have a minor cosmetic procedure scheduled in Korea next week, but I'm going on a trip right afterward. I expect swelling and redness, so I was wondering what everyone else does in that situation?
I'm especially concerned about how many aftercare products I should bring. There are things like cooling products and soothing sheet masks, etc., but I'd love to hear about anything that was actually useful during a trip. I'll be traveling by plane, so there are packing restrictions...
Also, if anyone has experience with this, I'd like to know what level of swelling is normal for the first few days after the procedure. I have sensitive skin, so I'm worried I might swell more than usual. Any advice or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful!

Erika, I hope you're doing well! I've been in a similar situation, so I completely understand how you feel. Personally, I found it really helpful to carry a lightweight sheet mask and an ice pack (like a frozen towel). You can use them quickly on the plane, after the in-flight meal, so it helps to keep your luggage to a minimum. Also, the first few days after the procedure really vary from person to person, so if you talk to your doctor beforehand and tell them you have travel plans, you'll probably get more detailed advice!
