I am considering lens implantation surgery. Which would be better, LASIK or this?

I was told that LASIK is not an option because of my high myopia, so I was recommended lens implantation.

I heard that lens implantation provides good quality vision, but

I am a bit scared of putting lenses inside my eyes.

When I read reviews, they say the satisfaction rate is high,

but I also see occasional mentions of side effects, so I'm hesitant.

Especially since the lenses can be removed later, that seems like an advantage, but it's not an easy decision.
