Hi! My name is Guan, and I'm from Thailand. I'm currently looking for an aesthetic treatment clinic in Korea, but I'm really stressed about this 😭 The problem is, I'm not very good at reading Korean, so I have to rely on Google Translate and images to look at reviews. But this is so frustrating! I really want to read genuine reviews.
I'd like to know if you have any tips for reading reviews? For example, what should I be wary of? Who says "the results are amazing" but the pictures look exaggerated? Or what other types of reviews seem suspicious? I'm afraid of falling for the wrong advice and ruining my chances 😢
Has anyone ever been in this situation? Have you tried asking locals or searching for English-language resources? I'm really worried about the risk of traveling so far, so please, I'd really appreciate your help 🙏

Hi! I'm from Thailand too and totally understand your concerns. By the way, have you tried asking in Indonesian or Thai beauty community groups that specifically discuss experiences in Korea? Sometimes they share their firsthand experiences with more detail than online reviews.
You're from Thailand! I'm Japanese too, but I was really worried when I got a procedure in Korea 😅 I think it's more reliable to watch actual before-and-after videos on Instagram or YouTube than to rely on Google Translate. Also, I think it's best to choose a clinic where you can ask detailed questions in English or Japanese during the pre-procedure consultation! The language barrier is a really important point.
