Does anyone have any experience with post-facial slimming care? 😅

Hi everyone, I'm Tien from Vietnam. I'm preparing to have a small procedure done at a clinic (haven't decided on a place yet) and will have to fly back home afterward. I'm a bit worried about how to care for my skin and reduce swelling while traveling. Does anyone have similar experiences?

I'd like to know how long the swelling typically lasts after the procedure, and what I should bring along for good aftercare. I've heard I should have gentle skincare products, cold masks, or something similar, but I'm not sure what to buy. Does anyone have a list of recommendations?

Also, I'm concerned about being on a plane with a swollen face... should I avoid sunlight or keep my skin hydrated? I'm a complete newbie, so I'm hoping everyone can share their experiences! 🙏
