How can you read and trust reviews when you don't speak Korean fluently?

Hi girls! I'm Dalia from the UAE and I'm thinking of getting a cosmetic procedure done here in Korea soon, but the problem is I can't read Korean well, and even if I translate reviews, I don't feel like I understand the whole picture. Is there a reliable way to read people's experiences without falling into a trap?

I've seen people writing experiences in English or Arabic on different platforms, but sometimes I don't know if these experiences are genuine or paid for. How do you tell the difference? And what are the most important things I should pay attention to so I don't choose the wrong place?
