As a foreigner, how can I understand and judge reviews of Korean cosmetic surgery clinics?

Hi everyone, I'm Jia. I've been thinking about getting some medical aesthetic procedures done in Korea recently. But I've run into a problem – my Korean language skills are really basic, and I can't understand a lot of the clinic reviews and descriptions. I wanted to ask you all, how do you trust a clinic? Are there any ways to identify reviews that might be unreliable?

I'm especially curious if there are any red flags I should watch out for. For example, should I avoid clinics that promise 100% results? Or places where the reviews seem too perfect and uniform? I'm feeling a bit lost right now, afraid of being scammed or wasting money and time by choosing the wrong place.
