My sister and I are planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic procedures, but I'm a little worried about choosing a clinic. As a Vietnamese person, even though I know a little English, I feel a bit insecure discussing complex medical issues.
I'd like to ask those of you who have been to Korea for this – what criteria do you usually use to choose a clinic? Do you need to find one that offers Vietnamese or English interpretation services? I've read some forums but I'm still unclear, so could you please share your experiences?
Also, what do you usually check when researching? Should we contact the clinic beforehand to ask about language barriers and get advice? Thank you so much!

What kind of hospital line do you recommend if they have a representative who speaks Vietnamese? I'm interested to know how helpful they are in explaining things, or if your sister's English proficiency is sufficient.
