Hi everyone, I'm Base. I'm currently thinking about whether I should go to Seoul for double eyelid surgery or not. I've seen a lot of my friends go to Seoul and get really good results, but I'm confused about whether it's worth traveling abroad. I'm wondering if I should just find a place here in Thailand instead. What do you girls think?
What I'm worried about is how many days I'd have to stay there after the flight. My friend also mentioned that Seoul procedures involve a lot of paperwork and preparation. I'm not sure if I can travel around during the recovery period, or if I need to rest seriously. And if I need a follow-up, do I have to go back again?
The most important thing is I'm not sure which option is better. Does anyone have experience going to Seoul? How did you actually decide? What are the important things I should look at before booking the trip? Please give me some advice 🥺

I think you need to do serious research on the pre-procedure preparation, actual recovery time, and total costs (including accommodation) and compare it with other options before committing.
I'm just as skeptical as you are, Bess! It was an interesting question whether it's really worth it coming from abroad. A few of my colleagues have gone, and they said you need to take time off work during the recovery period, so it doesn't seem like a quick trip is possible.
Hey Bes! I was actually thinking about the same thing, so I totally get your confusion. What makes me hesitant too is the whole prep and recovery time—it seems like there's a lot to arrange before you go, and once you're there you really need to rest up first before you can go out and explore, right?
