Is there clinical evidence regarding how skin thickness, transparency, and texture change over time after fat or cartilage is transplanted from the ear or abdomen in autologous rhinoplasty, and how absorption and fibrosis affect the anatomical approach and difficulty of subsequent revision rhinoplasty?

I'm having the same question! I've heard that the body will gradually absorb some of the fat after autologous fat transplantation, and it can be quite complicated to adjust it later. I'm not sure exactly how much it will affect the body, so I hope experienced women can share their experiences.
That's an interesting question. Have you personally undergone autologous fat grafting? Or are you curious because you're considering revision surgery in the future?
