My dark circles under my eyes are a bit on the darker side.
My under-eye area looks too flat, so I'm thinking of getting under-eye fillers or aegyo fillers. However, I'm worried that having just under-eye fillers on deep, sunken, and dull-looking eyes might look a bit awkward.
My friends tell me to get under-eye fillers first, but since my eyes are just sunken and dark, do I really need under-eye fillers?
Isn't under-eye fillers only for people with protruding fat?

Under-eye fat repositioning isn't just for people with bulging fat pads; it's also for those with hollows or sunken areas! After hearing your story, it seems like touching up the aegyo sal after under-eye fat repositioning would be the right approach.
Can I get under-eye filler first and then a tear trough filler? ㅠㅠ
Yes
Yes;
How about getting tear troughs and aegyo sal done together???? It's better to create aegyo sal with fat grafting rather than fillers~ I had tear troughs done along with aegyo sal fat grafting by Dr. Han Jin-woo at Moodon, and both turned out so natural, and my aegyo sal is also cute ㅎㅎ
Thanks for the info!
Then, get under-eye fat repositioning and a canthoplasty together!! I had that surgery done at Obje, and it created natural-looking aegyo sal, while definitely getting rid of my messy dark circles and under-eye grooves lol
So you're saying fat is okay? Then I think procedures like fat grafting or fillers would also be effective.
If under-eye concerns are your worry, try consulting with Director Choi Woo-jung at Objet. They're known for not recommending unnecessary treatments and thoroughly checking your eye condition, and of course, a specialist's assessment is always the most accurate.
It's true that under-eye surgery is done for fat. If you're concerned about dark circles rather than fat, fillers or fat grafting might be good options.
I also have severe dark circles and hollowness, so I wanted to get under-eye filler. I received the Dual Dark Injection at Min Clinic and then got under-eye filler! I spaced out the treatments a bit, but it felt even better after taking care of my eye area.
