How can I trust reviews when I'm not fluent in Korean?

Hi ladies, I'm Aisha from the UAE and I'm thinking of going to Korea for skincare and cosmetic treatments. But the problem is, I can't read Korean very well, and all the reviews and opinions on the website are in Korean. How can I tell which reviews are genuine and which ones would suit me? And what are the red flags I should watch out for?

I'm afraid of choosing the wrong clinic and regretting it later. I've heard that some people write fake reviews, but I don't know how to distinguish them. Is there a way to be fooled or ask specific questions before booking? Or is it better to ask someone to help me translate the reviews?
