Hello, it's Misaki. I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure in Korea next month, and I'll be flying back to Japan immediately afterward... I'm looking for advice from those who have experienced this about how to care for swelling.

I'm particularly interested in how to spend my time before and after the flight, and what items are convenient to bring. What should I prepare, like cooling sheets or toners? Also, does swelling really occur right after a procedure? I know there's individual variation, but...
