Hi everyone! So I'm planning to get a nose filler in Korea in the next few weeks. I'm traveling alone and have already booked my return flight for about 5-6 days after the treatment. Now, my concern is... is 5-6 days enough for recovery before getting on a plane? 😅
I've heard that swelling and bruising might occur, but I've also heard that non-invasive fillers should have a faster recovery than others. But honestly, I'm not sure how long exactly. Has anyone had this experience? Can the heat on the plane make the swelling worse?
I'm actually planning to ask for advice directly from the clinic I've chosen, but I'm curious to hear from all of your experiences first. Thanks so much!

I went to Korea and did the same thing. 5-6 days is enough if you do it lightly, but you have to try to get enough sleep, prop your head up high, and drink plenty of water. On the plane, try wearing a mask or scarf to cover yourself well to reduce dryness. Make sure to inform the clinic staff properly, they'll know where you're flying back to!
Hi! When I went to Korea last year and got fillers, I really noticed how head position and rest made a difference—I tried sleeping with a higher pillow and avoided strenuous activities at first, and the swelling reduced significantly before my flight. It might also be worth a try to communicate directly with the place that will handle the procedure; they probably get questions like this from travelers all the time! 😊
