Hi everyone! I'm Yanti from Indonesia. So, I'm planning to have a small procedure in Korea in the next two weeks, but unfortunately, I have to return to Indonesia five days after because of work. I'm a bit worried about swelling and how to manage it during travel.

Does anyone have experience traveling after a procedure? What should I pay attention to for managing swelling? I heard it's best to avoid heat and strenuous activities, but it's also difficult if I have to sit on a plane for 3 hours. 😅
