How do foreigners find clinics in Korea?

I'm Loan, from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic procedures, but I'm a bit worried right now because I don't know how to find a reliable clinic. How do international patients usually choose? Do they search on travel forums, or are there more effective ways?

I'm also very curious about communication. When consulting at clinics, do they usually provide translation services? Or should I find my own interpreter? I can speak a little English, but I'm not very confident when discussing medical issues.

What are some things I should check when meeting a doctor for the first time? I want to make sure I understand everything clearly before making a decision. Do you have any experiences you can share? Thank you so much!
