Hey everyone! I'm planning a trip to Korea in a couple months and was thinking about getting some nose filler work done while I'm there. I'm flying back to the US about a week after my appointment, and I'm just wondering — what's the realistic downtime like? I know everyone's different, but I'm hoping to hear from people who've actually done this. Do you usually need to wait a few days before getting on a plane? I'm honestly not sure if swelling or bruising would be a dealbreaker for flying, or if most people are fine by day 5 or 6. Has anyone here done it and then traveled? Super curious about your experience! Thanks in advance 💕

I'm thinking about that too! What are you planning to do before your flight to help reduce swelling, like applying a cold compress or sleeping with your head elevated? I've heard these tips might help, but I'm not sure how effective they are.
I've tried this method before, and I found that a week is a bit rushed, but it's not impossible if you prepare well. The important thing is that in the first few days after the procedure, you should stay still, drink plenty of water, avoid staying up late, and avoid strenuous activities to reduce swelling faster.
