How can foreigners read and trust reviews? 🤔

Hi! My name is Best, and I'm currently researching beauty treatments in Korea. The problem is, I can barely read Korean 😅 I'm confused about which reviews to believe from locals. Sometimes they're incredibly well-written, but I'm not sure if they're true.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? For example, what should I be wary of when reading reviews, or what are some red flags that suggest something might not be true? Some reviews seem very promotional, but others share genuine experiences, which is very helpful.

How can a foreigner with limited Korean language skills like me find reliable information? And what questions should I ask the doctor during my first consultation? Thank you! 💕
