Hello everyone, I'm Ting. I've been thinking about getting a cosmetic procedure done in Korea recently, but honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed because this is my first time doing something like this abroad. Besides the cost of the procedure itself, I also have to consider flights, accommodation, and food, which feels like it will add up to quite a lot. I wanted to ask everyone, how many days are usually reasonable to stay in the local area? Should I come back immediately after the procedure, or should I stay a few extra days for recovery and observation?
I'm also not quite sure how to budget for it. I've heard that some procedures require multiple follow-up visits, but since I'm in China, flying back and forth would be too much of a hassle. Has anyone experienced a similar situation and can share an approximate breakdown of the costs? I want to be mentally prepared in advance, but I also don't want to be scared off. Haha.
Also, would it be more convenient to stay near the clinic? I'm a complete beginner when it comes to getting cosmetic procedures abroad, so I would be very grateful if any sisters could offer some advice. I'm currently in the research phase and haven't made a final decision yet.

A little note! Personally, I'd recommend resting for at least 5-7 days to feel comfortable after treatment. But I'd like to ask how many sessions you're planning to do? Because if you need multiple sessions, it might be better to think about a longer-term plan 😊
Hearing you say that makes me want to try it too. But I was wondering if you've considered the issue of multiple trips? It feels like some treatments really require follow-up visits, and in that case, wouldn't the cost of flights and time be particularly high?
