Hi everyone, I'm Shihhan from Taiwan. I've been researching Korean medical aesthetics lately, but honestly, my Korean isn't great, and it's a bit frustrating when I'm trying to read reviews for clinics. I use translation software, but I always feel like I might miss some important details or nuances.
I wanted to ask you all, how do you determine if a clinic's reviews are genuine? Are there any red flags I should watch out for? For example, reviews that are too perfect, or use wording that sounds like a template? I'm a bit worried about being fooled by fake reviews or overly beautified photos.
If you have any methods that can help foreigners like me filter information more accurately, I would be very grateful. Or does anyone have similar experiences they can share?
